On the 18th of July 2014 the project for the installation of temporary installations for the chemical cleaning of unit 600 mw sostanj in slovenia has been completed successfully!
The work was carried out for ALSTOM Boiler Deutschland GmbH in Slovenia, and the references given by the contracting authority confirms very good execution of the works.
On 25th of June 2014 the Company took a next step in the stabilization of the ownership by buying 12,3% of shares from Remak S.A. By this implication SBB Investments Company – which the owner is the current management board of SBB ENERGY S.A former Remak-Rozruch S.A. and J.T.C S.A. company - has become the only shareholder of SBB ENERGY S.A former Remak-Rozruch S.A.
On June 6th 2014 the installation to reduce NOx emissions was launched at Unit 4 Opole Power Plant with station for unloading and storage of urea solution.
The contract ,,Reducing Emissions of NOx below 200 mg/Nm3 at units 1, 2 and 4 non-catalytic methods in PGE GiEK SA. Department of Opole Power Plant” was signed at 1st February 2013 between PGE GiEK SA. Department of Opole Power Plant and the consortium of companies SBB ENERGY S.A formely Remak-Rozruch S.A. and RRTec sp.z.o.o(formerly Nalco Mobotec Polska sp. z o.o).
Contract is divided into three stages.
Phase I of the contract includes the modernization of unit No. 4: building the installation to reduce NOx by primary methods ROFA (RROFA), installation to reduction NOx by secondary methods Rotamix (RRMIX SNCR) and building fir unloading and storage of urea solution on boiler No. 1
Phase II includes the installation of ROFA (RROFA) and Rotamix (RRMIX SNCR) on boiler No. 1
Phase III includes the installation of ROFA (RROFA) and Rotamix (RRMIX SNCR) on boiler No. 2
The date of completion of the investment is planed on 2nd half of the year 2016. After official finish of the project, all units in Opole Power plant will meet the requirements of the new Directive IED on industrial emissions.
In addition, there are works underway on the possibility of boiler BP-1150 continuously with NOx emissions below 150 mg/Nm3 at ROFA technology (RROFA) and Rotamix (RRMIX SNCR) on units in Opole Power Plant.
